Molead seating owns advanced production techniques and processing equipment. A whole production process chain, including machining, welding, electrocoating/ powder coating, foaming, sewing and assembly, is built with informational process scheduling to connect all the processes effectively.

There frame production base is equipped with advanced international well-known brand automatic production facilities, including welding robot working stations, progressive die automatic stamping station, laser cutter, automatic bending machine, automatic rolling machine, powder coating line, electrocoating line and so on. With the daily production capacity of 10,000 sets, Molead seating frame department achieves an annual production capacity of over 2 million sets.

After nearly 30 years of development, foaming department has established independent laboratory and 5 automatic cold cured high resilience foaming production lines, including 48 working stations production line, 24 working stations production line, 20 working stations production line, 16 working stations production line and 12 working stations production line. Advanced production facilities such as ABB robots, Krauss Maffei foaming system are widely used in the production lines. The production techniques of those facilities are stable and can satisfy all the demands of automotive seat foaming. With the maximum daily production capacity of 22,000 pieces, Molead seating foaming department achieves an annual production capacity of over 3.5 million pieces and has the ability to produce high-end products including layered foam, multi-density foam, composite foam, slow rebound foam and so on.

Molead seating assembly department has 10 assembly production lines. Its daily production capacity is over 10,000 seats, which supports to meet the seats assembly demands of 80,000 buses and 100,000 passenger cars. Standard management, strict production process quality control and quality inspection ensure the product quality and production efficiency.

Advanced production facilities are placed reasonably in each production process of the seat assembly production line to guarantee the high standard realization of designed products and the efficient assembly of the product. Each production line is equipped with a dedicated precise fixture for each seat product to ensure the precision and consistency of each seat; roasting and ironing workstation in the production line to ensure the exquisite and beautiful product; inspection station and the Andon management system in the production line can help to effectively check the functions of the seats to ensure the reliability of each seat.
